Live at Red Rocks captures Nathaniel Rateliff & the Night Sweats’ September 2016 concert at Colorado’s iconic Red Rocks Amphitheatre, released November 10, 2017 on Stax Records (Concord Music Group) alongside a companion concert film. The eighteen-song set draws almost entirely from the band’s breakout self-titled 2015 debut, showcasing the horn-driven, gospel-soaked soul revivalism that made hits of “S.O.B.” and “I Need Never Get Old.” Recorded in the band’s Colorado hometown venue, the release doubled as a victory lap after years of touring behind their debut had turned them into one of the era’s most explosive live acts. The 2LP package was issued on 180-gram vinyl with a gatefold jacket and digital download card.
