Layer & Groove didn't start with a business plan. It started with a 3D printer we picked up on a whim in late 2025 and minimalist dividers we designed in CAD and prototyped to see what we could achieve . . . clean lines and intentional design. We posted an A-Z set to Etsy. Six months and 2,000+ dividers later (some bought from as far as Switzerland) we figured we were on to something.

Every message pushed the next design. The praise as much as the honest feedback helped us iterate and improve. Collectors, DJs, teachers, have all used our dividers for something we never expected.

We've since added a curated selection of vinyl records (~500 or so must-haves).

Our Etsy shop is still going, but this is home base: a carefully curated selection of essential, iconic, and collector-worthy vinyl spanning every genre, right alongside the A-Z and genre dividers, display gear, and tools we built to organize it.
