Produced by Bad Religion’s Brett Gurewitz for Hellcat Records, Willis found the Washington DC ska veterans leaning further into ’60s soul and R&B influences alongside their signature horn-driven ska-punk sound. The album spawned the single ‘Out All Night’ and reached #44 on the Billboard Heatseekers chart, while covers of the Outsiders’ ‘Time Won’t Let Me’ and Sandy Wynns’ ‘Love’s Like Quicksand’ nodded to the band’s soul and Motown roots. Critics praised the record for updating classic party-rock formulas with fresh horns and songwriting. This translucent orange vinyl pressing was issued as a limited Record Store Day 2019 exclusive, capping the album’s run of reissues on Hellcat/Epitaph.
