Clocking in at barely twelve minutes, the album's speed and aggression proved hugely influential on the emerging thrash and crossover metal scenes, with bands like Metallica and Slayer citing it directly. The band broke up shortly after its release, leaving it as the final statement from the classic Misfits lineup.
