…And Justice for All is Metallica's 1988 fourth album, a dense, politically charged record marking the band's first with bassist Jason Newsted following Cliff Burton's death. The original mix famously buried Newsted's bass almost entirely, a decision long debated among fans, and this remastered pressing helps restore some clarity to the album's dry, technical production. “One,” with its stark anti-war video, became the band's first major MTV hit and remains one of their most acclaimed songs.
