Issued in 2018 as an expanded edition of Combs’s debut This One’s for You, the deluxe reissue keeps the original twelve tracks intact and appends bonus material including the hit singles “She Got the Best of Me” and “Beautiful Crazy,” plus a pair of live recordings. The original album was driven by breakout singles “Hurricane” and the title track “This One’s for You,” both of which helped make Combs one of country radio’s most dominant new voices. The deluxe edition itself reached number four on the Billboard 200 and helped extend the album’s chart life well past its initial release. Together the two discs trace Combs’s rapid rise from a relatively unknown Nashville newcomer to a stadium-filling headliner.
