A recent trip to Hollywood included a visit to Amoeba Records, and it remains one of the most recognizable vinyl destinations in California – luckily it was only a block fro our Spring Break hotel! Wok and you instantly realize that this store is a fixture in Hollywood and a destination for travelers.
A State Full of Great Shops
Beyond Hollywood, and across the state you’ll find:

Bird and Beckett Books and Records in San Francisco continues to host live jazz shows and poetry readings every weekend. It remains one of the few shops that still operates as a true community arts venue.
